A Notch Above Photography Club

Due to audio/visual technical difficulties the meeting kicked off at 1:15.
We briefly discussed our photo related activities for the past month and our agenda for this meeting.
We watched a brief video by Blake Rudis in which he critiqued post processing of several user provided images.
The next order of business was to watch a video recorded by ANAPC Organizer, Tim Williams. In this video titled
“Revealing Your Vision”, Tim displays an image of windmills (from Holland) and provides a verbal analysis of potential
post processing edits. The video then expertly details the power and versatility of the ON1 Raw 2018 Browse, Develop,
and Effects modules. Perhaps the highlight of the video was Tim showing how filters can be stacked and selectively
applied through the use of Luminosity Masks.
Next month, March, is the one year anniversary for Notch Above Photography Club. Members discussed goals for the future and various
ways to advertise ANAPC and attract new members. Prior to our next meeting members will research locations for a Spring field trip,
possibly a flower show or nursery. Tim will edit and refine the “Revealing Your Vision” video and Scott will work on updating the club web site
to include various Call to Action modules and will also ensure Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is working at peak efficiency.
The last order of business was to discuss the possibility of a photo contest which would potentially be sponsored by local merchants.
Owing to a late start the meeting was adjourned at 3:45.
