Notch Above Photo Club

August 14 2021
This was our first meeting at the Bethlehem Public Library since March 2020. To help celebrate this, Bob treated members to pizza and soft drinks. Thanks, Bob! Great Pizza!
With Tim, Mary, Joe, and Scott present, Bob kicked off the meeting at 1:00.
As is our usual practice, members discussed any photography related activities since our last meeting.
Bob provided a treasurer’s report indicating a balance of $427.79.
Members then displayed post processing results from images provided by Bob. This is a recurring monthly activity where editing techniques are shared and various software programs are compared and contrasted.
Mary’s image, Hawaiian Inlet, emerged as winner of our Monthly Photo Contest (subject: Landscapes).
Bob showed a video concerning Photo Organization and cited several tips and suggestions regarding efficient storage and retrieval of images on a computer hard drive.
Scott mentioned that he has some new photo related gadgets that he’d like to show at our September meeting. Additionally, Scott polled each member to determine their go to post processing software of choice with the following results:
