Bob began the meeting at 1:00 with Tim, Lynn, Clay, Suzy, Bill, Mary, Scott and Mary Ellen present.

Also on hand was Jean who was attending her first meeting.

Following member introductions Bob reported a treasury balance of $720.10.

Scott’s image ‘Pear Blossoms’ (topic: High Key) received a majority of votes in our 2023 Best Photo of

the Year contest and was awarded a $50 Amazon gift certificate.

Suzy’s image ‘Light on Loch Willow’ (topic: Reflections) emerged as winner of our monthly photo

contest for January-February.

Bob discussed and demonstrated various methods to remove the background from an image.

Bob discussed use of a dot sight for shooting fast moving subjects.

Scott showed various images and members provided critique comments.

It was agreed that members will bring their camera to the March meeting and discuss camera features.

The photo contest topic for March is ‘Black and White.’
